MULTIPLE POSITIONS ACROSS ASSOCIATE, SENIOR ASSOCIATE AND MANAGER
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in defining key metrics for internal and external stakeholders across the organisation
- Drive excellence in delivery
- Under immediate or minimal supervision, perform complex assignments and fulfill broad responsibilities where required outcomes may be defined, but methods and procedures may be varied based on professional judgement
- Translate insights into team level learnings and efficiencies
- Extend knowledge beyond partner organisations, with a good grounding on the larger sector.
Key Skills :
- Written and communication skills: Bring strong structure and organisation to written and verbal content and effectively leverage existing materials from multiple sources.
- Project Management : Consistent meets deadlines, effectively manages own time across several complex projects and identifies/resolves conflicts or roadblocks independently
- Research and Data Analytics: Prioritizes structure and organises the information effectively, using spread shgeets or simple data analyses tools wherever needed and ensures adequate depth and breadth of perspectives. Draws accurate insights and data results from the information gathered.
- Fundraising, Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Engages funders with trust and confidence and begins to move from only execution to also managing relationships with support and guidance
Experience: 3 years and upwards
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong strategic, research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Project Management: defines project scopes, plan with some support and guidance, begins to manage the project team to improve work efficiency and quality while managing budgets, and adhering to deadlines.
