The person would lead consulting projects, and shape client solutions around Sustainable Energy. The ideal candidate should: - Be seeking to build a career in business sustainability consulting - Have 8+ years of consultative and business process optimization experience in renewables/ power/ utilities segment - Seek and be able to take on a disproportionate level of responsibility at this stage of her/ his career - Interdisciplinary thinkers will thrive in our work environment. Position deliverables : The role envisages the following activities: 1. Building on relationships with potential and existing company's clients and be responsible for the business development in the renewables, power and utility segment. 2. Operational support to the company's- partners and clients, and coordinating with team members in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia 3. Connecting several dots to create insight and aim to generate new intellectual property (that is the hallmark of most of our assignments) 4. End-to-end delivery responsibility for engagements: (a) Monitoring the timely and cost-effective management of client projects (tracking deliverables, timelines, and progress against goals) and managing and coaching junior team members; (b) Developing impactful client recommendations and delivering them through world-class written and oral presentations 5. Undertake relevant field work for various projects and provide on-ground operational support to company's partners and clients, while coordinating with clients and team members in India &amp; across the globe. 6. Participating in internal initiatives relating to thought leadership, client service, or team development. About you : 1. Hands-on business consulting and /or financial planning support to renewable energy developers, IPPs or Discoms 5. Power policy and regulatory understanding a must 6. Have strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills 7. Have experience in pitching projects Location New Delhi, India as a base.
