DESIGNATION - Associate/ Senior Associate (M&A/ PE-VC/ General Corporate)

EXPERIENCE - 3 - 5 years' experience

LOCATION - Mumbai

REQUIREMENTS :

- Strong transactional lawyer with experience in M&A & PE/VC transactions;

- Ability to manage transactions independently;

- Good communication & stakeholder management skills;

- Role reporting into (Partner - Head Mumbai office);

- Team Player

- Energetic, Enthusiastic and resilient person.

- The candidate should be responsible and shall be willing to adhere to timelines.

Qualification: LL B mandatory.
