Accountable to (position) : Co-Head - BeSpoke / Structured Finance Group

Years of Experience: Associate 3 - 4 Years & Sr Associate 5 -6 Years

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate (MBA IIM/ JBIMS/ ISB/ CA)

Management Level: Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

- Desired candidate will be the single point contact in the team to responsible for seeing a transaction from pitch to closure, liaising with client and all internal teams

- Origination - pitching, deal ideation, competition analysis, client targeting, account screening etc.

- Credit - require sector / industry expertise, company analysis, financial modelling and preparation / presentation of transaction to senior stakeholders and Credit committees

- Structuring - preparation of long form TS, working with counsel to identify and ensure compliance with regulations

- Syndication - working with Syndication / Sales team to provide knowledge of credit and facilitate sell down

- Mandate / Execution - working with external legal counsel on transaction documentation

- Funding - liaising with internal ops teams and counsel to ensure execution and closure

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Complete understanding of the structured lending and promoter funding space

- Analytical & Quantitative skills - Displays financial modeling and data crunching skills to the desired level. Has the ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data to help assess risk and make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations to the credit committee

- Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending related documentation such as Term Sheet, Loan Agreement, Security Documents, KYC, CP documents etc

- Relationships with corporates / promoters. Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate
