Job Profile :
- Ensures all the deliverables are made accurately & timely. Managing clients expectation in terms of deliverables and responding appropriately to requests.
- Being a trusted advisor for clients, this involves advisory role for the benefit of the client.
- Engages with the client and manages the matter on a day-to-day basis.
- Anticipates issues and concerns, escalates these appropriately.
- Is actively involved in the negotiation dealing with the parties or clients.
- Proactively manages the matter and thinks for the client.
- Translates legal expertise into practical, applicable and commercial advice for clients. Has a methodical and logical approach to problem solving.
- Handles and runs small matters or a part of a medium/large matter effectively, with appropriate supervision.
- Effectively utilizes the firms knowledge base to solve client issues.
- Demonstrates and shares technical skills, knowledge and experience in his/her own areas of expertise. Has an eye for the technical details but also sees the impact on the whole matter.
- People management skills :
i. Managing workload between the team,
ii. Reviews others work and provides constructive and timely feedback
- Raises internally any billing issues as brought to attention by the client, with full information and in a timely manner.

Expertise in handling :
- Corporate Commercial disputes
- Shareholders Disputes
- IBC
- Arbitrations
Requisite Skills :
- Has strong interpersonal skills, is attentive and demonstrates empathy for other by listening carefully and responding
- Demonstrates clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, focussing on the key points in a structured manner.
- Be proactive
- Should be a good negotiator and problem-solver.
