Associate/Senior Associate - Legal - Law Firm (3-12 yrs)
The position is with a renowned Law firm in Chennai.
- Legal work for Commercial transactions including negotiation, drafting and review of contracts and other documents associated with the activities of the corporates, as well as regulatory compliances.
- Team Player
- Energetic, Enthusiastic and resilient person.
- The candidate should be responsible and shall be willing to adhere to timelines.
- Prior experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating is a must.
- Prior experience in general corporate practice in a law firm is preferred.
- Good candidates from In-house companies may also apply.
Experience: Min. 3 to 10 years PQE
Qualification: LL B mandatory.
Additional qualifications: CS/MBA/CA etc an advantage
