Associate/Senior Associate - Legal Advisory - LLB/LLM/CS - Law Firm

Role : (With a Leading Law Firm)

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various legal documents and commercial contracts of all the multiple business diversification of the Firm.

- Drafting and vetting of share purchase agreements, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, agreements for acquisitions, vendor contracts, franchise agreement other miscellaneous agreements/ documents.

- Corporate and Commercial Advisory Role

- Transaction Advisory

- Documentation

- Non Litigation matters

- Knowledge of matters related to M&A, Private Equity.

Qualification :

LLB/LLM/CS with 2 - 6 years of experience.
