Associate/Senior Associate - Knowledge Management - Law Firm - LLB (2-7 yrs)
A top-tier law firm is looking to hire a Associate to Sr. Associate level executives in Knowledge management department having 2 - 7 years of experience.
Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Manage the SharePoint based Knowledge Management portal of the firm
2. Understand the requirement with respect to KM platforms from the Business Units and create framework around that.
3. Work closely with the identified vendors / internal teams to drive changes in KM portal
4. Coordinate with multi teams and ensure effective deployment of KM plan
5. Drive submission of KM documents and usage of KM portal
6. Address queries in a timely manner
7. Review existing platforms, identify gaps and create governance structure
8. Prepare usage analysis reports and dashboards
Competencies :
- Ability to interact and influence at all levels
- Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time
- Project management
- Candidate should come with LLB from a premier institution
