Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Banking/Transaction Advisory - Private Credit Fund

Position : Associate / Senior Associate

Exp and Qualification : 1-5 year work experience post a MBA / CA / CFA degree

Location: Mumbai

Company : Principal Investment Group for special situations & private credit fund in Mumbai

Job Profile: Would entail primary investment analysis (company and sector) and diligence for deal origination, screening and investment structuring & execution and finally asset management of investee companies financial modelling and presentation skills would be required

- Analyze new investment proposals

- Conduct detailed financial analysis

- Create financial models

- Write investment committee memorandums

- Interact with the management

- Post deal monitoring of portfolio investments

- Conduct primary / secondary research and gather relevant data of the industry and competitors
