Associate/Senior Associate - Institutional Equities Research - Oil & Gas/BFSI Sector (2-5 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading Financial Services conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, India. They provides investment banking, securities brokerage, investment advisory, wealth management, fund management, and private equity services in India and internationally. The company offers investment banking services, which include mergers, acquisitions, divestiture, equity capital markets, and alternate capital raising; insightful investment strategies for Indian capital markets to domestic and international institutional investors, as well as derivatives analysis, technical analysis, weekly trading ideas, and strategy services; and private wealth management services, such as value enhancement, risk mitigation, and succession planning, as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Research - tracking sectors/ companies
- Culling out data using various databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, etc
- Assist in Financial modeling & valuations
- Conducting fundamental primary research of companies by interacting with the management, dealers, suppliers etc across the chain.
- Maintaining data and records in a systematic manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and company executives to enhance qualitative research.
- Built, maintain and forecast company financial models to conduct valuation exercises.
