Associate/Senior Associate - Infrastructure Advisory - Investment Banking

- 3-6 years of exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure (Preferably in Roads, Renewables, Ports, Electric Vehicles, Urban Transportation etc.) & Logistics sector with in depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects. Exposure to Project Finance deals / transactions is a MUST have

- Exposure of dealing with Infra focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multi lateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions (like IFC, ADB, WB etc.), Developers & EPC Players (Domestic & MNCs) would be a key criteria

- Chartered Accountant and / or Business degree

Job Description :

1. In depth understanding / Research covering Infrastructure sectors from commercial & financing point of view

2. Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

3. Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

4. Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

5. Actively engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance Funds for closing deals

6. Supporting execution of SHA/Financing documents/binding agreements and deal closure
