Job Opening - Associate/Senior Associate for HR Generalist

We are looking to hire postgraduates with experience of 2-5 years to handle the entire HR Generalist at ShowTime Consulting.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible to handle HR operations and ensure compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements

- Understanding the culture of the organization to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan

- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

- Own/formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm

- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives

- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes

- Working knowledge of any HRMS or any ERP

- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies

- Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in MBA with an experience of 2-5 years

- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management

- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently

- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
