Associate/Senior Associate - Govt Bid/Infrastructure Domain - Real Estate

- Preparation of Bid Documents for PPP mode service delivery contracts with assistance from subject experts

- Selection of Concessionaires as per the bid documents for PPP mode service

- Contract management of performance based urban service delivery contracts and contracts on PPP mode

- Provide expert advice on PPP and related issues for the infrastructure projects outlined in the Smart City Mission.

- Developing performance-based contracts on different models under PPP.

- Preparation of Bid Documents for PPP mode service delivery contracts with assistance from subject experts.

- Support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of private sector infrastructure financing projects.

- Engage potential financiers and stakeholders throughout the project development cycle to enhance visibility and attractiveness.

- Must demonstrate prior experience in formulation, appraisal, approval procedures of PPP projects

- Demonstrate familiarity with contractual agreements, risk management and contingent liability issues, and complex financial analysis and modeling in PPP projects

- Any other tasks, as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM from a recognized university

Experience

- Must have career experience of 2+ years preferably in Real Estate

Other Skills & Abilities

- Must have knowledge of different PPP arrangements such as procedure for Swiss challenge, PPP, PPPP, turnkey and BOOT, DBOT, DBFOT, BOT projects.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Should have acknowledged capabilities in partnership management

- Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities skills

- Ability to handle large scale planning & MIS

- Ability to plan, organize, implement and report on work.
