Associate/Senior Associate - Equity Capital Market

- Knowledge of SEBI Regulations (ICDR, Buyback, Takeover Code, Delisting, LODR, SCRR)

- Understanding of the process of key ECM Transactions - IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Buyback, Delisting, Open Offers

- Familiarity with the functioning of SEBI & Exchanges

- Sound understanding of Financial Statement Analysis and broader valuation concepts

- Good communication/drafting skills

- Technical Skill: Proficient in using MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Financial Models

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the execution teams in ECM transaction execution

- Ensure due diligence - quality of deliverables from accuracy and clarity perspectives.

- Collate and maintain backups and transaction records

- Preparation of Pitchbook, Presentations and other Marketing Material

- Preparation of Financial Projections / Model
