Associate/Senior Associate - Debt Syndication/NPA Resolution

KRA for Stress Related and Real Estate Proposals

We are looking for candidates to manage Stress-Related Proposals (such as Restructuring/One Time Settlement with Banks) and Real Estate Fund Raising Proposals with Swami Fund & Fund Houses. The key responsibilities will include:

1. Analysis of data received from the client and doing research about the company at preliminary level;

2. Proposal do-ability assessment and accordingly inform the reporting authority about the do-ability;

3. Preparation of comprehensive financial model as per the extent guidelines (RBI, Banking norms, IBC etc., as the case may be);

4. Preparation of Information Memorandum, proposal note;

5. Coordinate with Lenders / client on a regular basis to sort out queries throughout the assignment;

6. Liaison with Legal Advocates for Title Clearance, Technical Valuers for Technical Due Diligence & Valuation, Credit rating agencies and Auditors for Financial Due Diligence;

7. Coordinating with the Client to comply with CP of the Sanction / term sheet and ensuring it to comply within desired timelines;

8. Assisting the client for timely closure of transaction

Qualification Requirement

1. CA/MBA in Finance/ICWA/CFA

Experience Requirement

1. 2-4 years' experience in Stress related assignments

2. Computer Proficiency

3. Advanced Excel, Power Point, Research tools
