- Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements like shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, Joint Venture agreements relating to investments in India, Confidentiality Agreements, Draft Regulations, By-Laws for Entities, MOU's, Lol's, etc

- Advising foreign and domestic corporations on corporate and commercial laws.

- Drafting and vetting of transaction documents and assisting in negotiations.

- Advising various Indian and foreign entity collaborators, in relation to joint ventures transactions, including drafting and negation of the transaction documents.

- Worked on or assisted in M&A transactions.
