Corporate Development Associate / Sr. Associate | Listed Company in Gurgaon - 5D WFO | (2-8 Yrs.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities: Analyze M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities, developing business cases to support leadership decisions.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop financial models and perform due diligence: Build financial models, validate assumptions, and lead due diligence processes for potential deals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate development initiatives.

- Prepare investor-related materials: Create pitch decks, data rooms, and financial models to support fundraising and investor engagement.

- Negotiate terms and agreements: Assist in structuring and negotiating term sheets, agreements, and other deal-related documents.

- Monitor industry trends and provide insights: Track market developments and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

- Prepare and present reports to senior management: Develop concise reports and presentations with strategic insights and progress updates.

- Ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses: Support post-merger integration by aligning key stakeholders and tracking progress.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2-6 years of experience in Investment Banking (Front Office / Middle Office) with hands-on exposure to deal execution and fundraising.

- Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of M&A processes.

- Exposure to investor-related requirements such as pitch decks, data rooms, and financial models.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Brilliant academic credentials with a strong pedigree (MBA preferred).
