We have an opportunity for Associate/Senior Associate Banking and Finance with one of the Law Firm in Mumbai. Associate/ Senior Associate Banking and Finance The candidate must have extensive skills, substantial knowledge and experience in Banking &amp; Finance. Relevant experience would be reputed corporate law firms or Banking &amp; Finance teams of leading corporate houses/ banks. Additional experience in infrastructure matters, taxation and other legal issues effecting Banking &amp; Finance deals would be preferred. Job Responsibilities: - Strategizing, structuring, documentation and completion of transaction, including documentation, execution, completion of transaction and regulatory compliances. - Structuring and Advising on regulatory and commercial issues in relation to issuance of debt instruments, syndicated loans and external commercial borrowings (ECBs), Project Finance and Securitizations. - Handling Due Diligence and presenting the due diligence report to the client. - Drafting of Commercial Documentation. - Exposure to both sides - Investor's and Seller's Perspectives. - Strong negotiation and advocacy skills and hands on experience in negotiations on commercial / legal clauses in contracts. - Coordinating with other teams and departments to provide a wholesome advice to the clients on Banking and Finance deals. - LLB with 4-7 years of experience in relevant field.
