Associate/ Senior Associate in Banking and Finance - The candidate must have extensive skills, substantial knowledge, and experience in Banking &amp; Finance. - Relevant experience would be reputed corporate law firms or Banking &amp; Finance teams of leading corporate houses/ banks. Additional experience in infrastructure matters, taxation and other legal issues affecting Banking &amp; Finance deals would be preferred. - The candidate should have worked more on the Insolvency side.
