BNC has been mandated to recruit highly skilled professionals for the Internal Audit function at the Associate, Senior Associate, and Assistant Manager levels within the service industry, specifically in the Warehouse vertical. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in logistics and warehouse audits, preferably from a Big 4 firm. This role involves evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and identifying operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct internal audits with a primary focus on logistics and warehouse operations.
2.Assess risks and provide recommendations for process improvements.
3.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
4.Identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions to optimize warehouse processes.
5.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
6.Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
7.Assist in designing and updating audit programs and methodologies.
8.Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
1.CA Fresher with 1 to 5 years experience in Internal Audit for Associate/Sr. Associate and Assistant Manager level, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
2.Strong expertise in auditing logistics and warehouse operations.
3.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4.Proficiency in audit tools and ERP systems is an advantage.
5.Ability to manage multiple audits and work independently.
6.Candidates strictly from Big 4 firms only.
7.Strong understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain risks, and operational audits.
8.Prior exposure to auditing e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse verticals is highly desirable.
Compensation:
Associate: CTC range of INR 11-12 LPA.
Senior Associate: CTC range of INR 14-15 LPA.
Assistant Manager (AM): CTC range of INR 18-19 LPA.
