Must Haves : 1. Must have atleast 2 years into product management skills 2. Should have an experience into implementation of technology projects 3. Technical skills in relation to Chatbots, HTML, Javascript, 4. Should be able to define a goal and should have a clear focus area which can be easily tracked and measured 5. Should be able to synthesize the ideas received and hence make a proof of concept before presenting it to the senior management 6. Lead & Direct different business use cases to provide innovative digital solutions 7. Manage a team of Product managers who drive LOB specific initiatives for the organization 8. Ability to coach, guide & mentor a team of product managers to help them on new product development 9. Ensure to exercise decision making and independent judgment while being aligned with customers engagement strategy 10. Contribute and influence strategic direction for senior leadership using informal & formal communication Good to have : 1. Excellent communication & presentation skills 2. Good understanding of AI / ML modelling, Bots strategy 3. Experience in conducting brainstorming / ideation sessions 4. Ability to coach and guide product managers on new product development Qualification : - Candidate who has similar experience into Insurance/ BFSI/ Fintech sector is preferred
