Associate - Sales Support - IT

Provide support to internal sales representatives and partners on modifying/updating sales documents like presentations/proposals / bill of materials etc.

Track and report on sales progress via existing CRM / PRM

Liaise with partners to track the progress of their sales strategies

Follow up with customers on the status of the orders and assist with order processing.
