Associate Sales Director - US/UK Markets - Solutions/Services Firm - IIM (3-6 yrs)

Company has strong operations in Europe and US with multiple ultra large customer (> $20B) case studies. You will be part of the Sales organization and will get to work with sales, technical & management leaders. Your primary target customers will be in US or Europe. There is tremendous scope for growth in this role including transfer to our overseas offices.

No. of positions: 2:

1. UK position: UK shift 1-9 pm

2. US Position: US east coast time 4:30-1am

Location: Any location (WFH) Company headquarters in Hyderabad. Relocation to US/UK after a few years will be an option for this role

Responsibilities will be:

1. Identify and bring in new logos.

2. Focusing on services deals.

3. Deliver revenue targets.

4. Build/work with inside sales team for lead generation (1 or 2).

5. Coming up with GTM initiatives in coordination with marketing and practices and own research.

6. Ability to consult customer and manage relations in multi-vendor environments.

7. Mange 1 or 2 large accounts / accounts with large potential and increase and solidify wallet share .

8. Work along with OEM (Microsoft) for deal influencing.

9. You will be reporting to the regional head.

Must have :

1. Understanding of Microsoft technology and its application to solve business problems.

2. Proficiency in at least one domain of CPG/O&G/MFG/Govt.

3. Ability to manage and nurture team.

4. 3-5 Year relevant regional experience. (US/UK Markets)
