Associate Sales Director - IT Services - IIM

IIM Post Graduates with experience in IT services sales in Europe and US market

Responsibilities will be :

1. Identify and bring in new logos

2. Focusing on services deals

3. Deliver revenue targets

4. Build/work with inside sales team for lead generation (1 or 2)

5. Coming up with GTM initiatives in coordination with marketing and practices and own research.

6. Ability to consult customers and manage relations in multi-vendor environments.

7. Mange 1 or 2 large accounts/accounts with large potential and increase and solidify wallet share.

8. Work along with OEM (Microsoft) for deal influencing.

9. You will be reporting to the regional head

Must have :

1. Understanding of Microsoft technology and its application to solve business problems.

2. Proficiency in at least one domain of CPG/O&G/MFG/Govt

3. Ability to manage and nurture team

4. 3-5 Year relevant regional experience
