Associate - Risk Analyst

Job Purpose:

- Play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and post investment monitoring

Key Accountabilities:

- Primary responsibilities will include creating, structuring and raising capital for indirect vehicles / funds for various investment vehicles - both credit and equity - across different asset classes

- Expertise in optimizing commercial terms, fund level financial analysis, structuring, documentation and marketing in order to maximize investor acceptability

- Create marketing collateral for various Fund / Investment Strategies - Create and manage diligence process for onboarding institutional investors

- Create fund level financial model as required

- Work with in-house legal team to create and finalize definitive documentation for various Funds

- Work with investment team to create right reporting parameters over duration of the mandate

- Work with the finance team to ensure fund level optimization over the Fund tenure

- Ability (over time) to lead the execution of specific mandates

- Map various institutional investor relationships that exist across products and create other such relationships across various geographies

- Create a cadence of investor updates on both a general and specific basis.
