Associate - Research & Development/Quality Control - Agri (7-9 yrs)
To lead technology based Dairy Products innovation, plan, manage NPD process and execute all projects on new product development, support improvement in existing products with cost effective formulation as well as new process to meet the company objectives
Key Deliverables:
1. Identify scope of new product or improvement of existing product.
2. Identify cost effective process and formulation
3. Plan and execute for identified scope and transfer the knowledge to plant team
4. Plant trial, shelf life study, scale up & commercialization
5. Closely work with marketing, purchase, regulatory and brand at different stage of work plan as & when require
6. Develop all required documents
