Associate Relationship Manager - Structured Finance (3-7 yrs)
- Manage and work closely with Sr. Key account manager on all deals across sectors e.g. sponsor Lending, Real Estate, Holdco financing and Large ticket Balance Sheet lending
- Assist in closing credit approvals and facilitate underwriting, due diligence and research on each deal.
- Execution of proposals viz. obtaining credit approvals, negotiating term sheets, disbursements & documentation
