Job Title Associate Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions and Government Undertakings

Department Corporate and Institutional Banking (C & IB)

Location/Branch Barahkhamba Road, New Delhi

A. Position Purpose :

- To develop & manage relationships with the Financial Institutions, Central/ State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government entities, Ministries, Autonomous/ Regulatory Bodies, Government Schemes across the geography.

- To focus on Fund/ Non-Fund based, Trade, Treasury, CMS products and customized solutions

Position Responsibilities :

Sr. Key Responsibilities :

- Coverage of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government entities, Financial Institutions, Ministries & their Schemes and Autonomous/ Regulatory Bodies across the geography

- Initiate, manage and deepen relationships at Director Finance/ ED Finance/ CXO/ Treasury level/ Senior bureaucrats in the company/ PSUs/ Ministries

- Ownership of business development as per agreed plans; preparation of CAM; handling CAD, Legal and Risk queries; sanctioning and disbursement of fund/ non-fund based credit facilities, Foreign exchange and Treasury limits to clients

- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products (Fx, Trade, CMS, DCM, CA, SA and other retail products)

- Maintain/ enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed

- Franchise and brand building activities

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Qualifications :

Essential CA or MBA from a reputed institute

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience

Skills :

Skill Attribute :

- Track record of (i) business development and identification of potential clients, and (ii) significant achievements

- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues

- Understanding credit and risks in complex transactions like opening of Letters of Credit, Dividend deals and structure solutions

- Excellent Cash Management Services (CMS) Products knowledge - E-tendering, Cash Collection, e-collection & e-payments products etc.

- Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc)

Attitude :

- Problem solving and resolving conflicts; Perseverance and patience

- Keenness to learn and detail oriented

- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions
