Associate - Quantitative Investment - Strategies/Index Structuring - Global Markets - Investment Bank

Role & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with sales and trading to enable new trades/upsize/downsize to be executed; liaise with legal and compliance to book trades and send relevant docs to clients.

- Experience 1yrs to 5yrs

- Qualifications BTech/BSc in Mathematics or Economics, MBA would be preferred

- Support senior team members in pitching the ideas internally and externally.

- Answering clients requests, which range from simple data requests to working with SMEs to get data.

- Helping with RFPs

- Preparing marketing materials for internal as well as external purpose such as 1 pagers, new launches.

- Doing research on new products launched competitor analysis on periodic basis.

- Maintain the various processes related to our AUMs, SCs, Trade log etc

- Helping senior management in London to prepare pitches for internal Investment committees, management packs.

- Help with the coordination of regulation related work.

- Gain knowledge of the relevant global financial products and model's developed by Nomura- s

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Knowledge of finance, and statistics. CFA level I preferred.

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Excellent organisational skills

- Strong Analytical skills

- Enthusiasm for using technology to solve challenging problems.

- Comfortable with large databases / datasets

Desired Skill Set :

- Knowledge of Bloomberg is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively as part of the team

- Strong work ethics

- Knowledge of VBA and python
