Associate Project Manager - Research & Development - Healthcare

- 4 years bachelor's degree in engineering (or higher) with preference Mechanical Engineering,

- 8+ years of Project management experience in medical device field with min 2 years in hands on product design.

- PMP certification is a must.

- Experienced in Quality Management Systems like ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements for Class I and II medical devices.

- Proficient in project management tools like MS project and excel.

- Project planning - resourcing, timelines, quality and budgets.

Responsibilities:

- Project management of regional and/or global NPD projects or project/component modules

- Coordinate/monitor various project activities viz. Quarterly Project financial reviews, Project milestones reviews, Weekly Core teams, Design & Development progress, Verification and Validation activities of NPD projects.

- Identifies, communicates and manages Project / Business risks that could derail the project.

- Resolve conflicts with team members and involve functional management as required to ensure timely project completion.

Leadership skills:

- Liaison with internal stakeholders

- Manage cross-functional project teams at the regional level

- Project status reporting- Present regular updates on project status to regional management
