We are looking out for MBA graduates who did their MBA from premier institutes for the role of Associate Project Manager. Candidate should have technical background and should have at least 6 months of project management experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Part of MuleSoft Center of Excellence / Big Data Center of Excellence within WHISHWORKS, you are expected to have the following qualification and ability to perform the said roles and responsibilities.

Experience :

- 1-4 years

- Proficiency in project management

- Work Planning, work execution, tracking

- Proficiency in team management

- Mentoring skills

Qualification :

- MBA from premier institute (IIM/XLRI)

- 70%+ in academics

Skills Required :

- Go-getter

- IT industry knowledge

- Effective project review and monitoring skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall project

- First point of contact for the project

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

- Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customer needs

- Define project tasks and allocate them to team

- Manage resource requirements

- Manage team timesheets

- Manage project invoicing

- Manage change requests

- Manage project contracts and statement of work

- Conduct project reviews and status update meetings

- Demonstrates thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn

- Demonstrated ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones

- Expertise interacting with development teams, ensuring their understanding and usage of standards

- Highlight any risk and issue due to any delay and come up with alternatives

- Project milestones management

- Obtain sign-offs for milestones from stakeholders

- Provide weekly status and progress reports to stakeholders
