Associate - Project Manager Cum Business Analyst - Front Office Risk - Global Markets - Investment Bank (3-5 yrs)
- As part of his role, incumbent will be required to act as Project Manager cum Business Analyst for UDW (Unity Data warehouse) which is the central risk / trade data warehouse for the firm.
- Incumbent will work closely with global FO Risk team, Members of other corporate functions involved in UDW related tasks and UDW IT team based in Shanghai.
- Will coordinate with the teams mentioned above in defining requirements for UDW and coordinating efforts across teams
- Will work with Shanghai IT team in defining best practices across release management, QA procedures, stakeholder communications etc.
- Will help head of FO Risk in ensuring UDW is developed in accordance with established guidelines and that a defined level of control is maintained.
Domain -
- The person should have some background in project management and multiple stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and excel skills
- The person should have good communication skill, as the job will involve a permanent interaction with user base across Global markets and corporate functions.
- Language capability: English at Business level
- Understanding of FI or EQ products and their associated risks.
- Basic understanding of capital models like Counterparty Credit Risk Models or VaR Models
- Technical - Basic knowledge of VBA Macros to be able to automate some of his day to day tasks
- Technical - Basic knowledge technologies used in building risk warehouse like Oracle / Hadoop / Dremio would be added advantage.
- Technical - Basic understanding of various BI/reporting tools like PowerBI would be helpful.
