Associate Project Manager- ESG Client Services (Carbon Market Expert)

- Maintaining positive relationships with customers

- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context

- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently

- Managing finances and budgets

- Determining ways to reduce costs without impacting customer satisfaction

- Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services

- Remain organized and meet internal and customer deadlines

- Building partnerships and liaising with Team members and Leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Master's degree in a Sustainability/ESG related field

- Hands-on experience of working/managing Carbon data related global projects

- Knowledge of various carbon registries i.e., Verra, Gold Standards, American Carbon Registry, Global Carbon Project etc.

- Understanding of the projects developed under the Verified Carbon Standard programs

- Experience in customer service, leadership, and delivery management will be preferred

- Strong customer service, project management, people and quality control skills

- Good resource planning skills

- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail and Ownership

- Good MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
