DNA of the Special Projects Team:

- Special Projects is SWAT team of generalists that own mission critical projects across functions, working closely with Scaler leadership

- The team is an eclectic mix of two closely knit cohorts of individual contributors

- Associates: 2+ years experienced, project owners

- Analysts: 0-2 years experienced, workstream owners

- Each team member strives to live and breathe the team DNA of being an

- All weather player, and

- An infinite game player

Expectation:

- Exemplify the trifecta that defines an elite generalist at the Associate level

- Ownership: of 1-8 month-long projects end to end, from design to value delivery

- Impact obsession: with needle moving metrics like revenue, NPS, and learning outcomes

- DIY hustle: in getting hands dirty and building together with functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, tech, ops)
