Functional Criteria:

- Involved in financing of projects through various products and assure minimum finance cost for company. Interacting with Bankers, FIs & various other Institutions

- Involved in review of Monthly MIS and Budget prepared for the presentation to senior management.

- Involved in closely monitoring of Interest rationalisation and refund associated with the excess interest and finance charges charged by bank/FI.

- Involved in preparation and review of financing proposals including financial modelling, Cash Budget financial model, CMA, Information Memorandum for credit appraisal

- Responsible for compliance of terms of sanction of Bank/FIs.
