Associate Programme Manager - Investment Banking

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead change management required in delivery of specific platforms of work

- Plan, manage & report day-to-day functioning of projects

- Delivering portfolio projects mandated via Stakeholder investment governance process

- Assist in the delivery of and then proactively monitor & maintain Engagement plan

- Co-ordination with all stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Compliance, Sales, IT, Trading at VP, D & MD level.

- Assist product management team to implement growth vision

- Identification of synergies across ongoing projects/programmes and suggest re-use

Impact of the Role:

- Incremental revenue opportunity by delivering new features for client

- Operational excellence leading to increase in efficiency and cost-saving

Post Grad / MBA degree:

- Strong analytical skills

- Process oriented with an aim to improve processes and increase productivity. At times get involved in creation and analysis of existing processes in various countries

- Decision making with minimum guidance with innovative & professional attitude
