E-Commerce being just the tip of the iceberg, we focus on highly complex technology stacks including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Edge computing, Delivery Tech, Workforce management, Route optimizations, voice tech, Robotics, etc. Title : Associate Program Manager Location : Noida (Delhi NCR), India Reports To : Head Program Management Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1) Forward Plan the release cycle across a portfolio of projects and ensure they can run in parallel. 2) Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations. 3) Lead development process using the Agile Scrum framework: run backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, stand-ups, monitor burndown charts, resolve impediments to achieving goals, and coordinate retrospectives. 4) Foresee &amp; Manage dependencies between multiple projects. 5) Manage deliverables from multiple interdependent component projects to schedule with competing priorities simultaneously. 6) Drive implementation of requested changes to program components by working with Product, Engineering and Business teams. 7) Risk plan and mitigation Management of adhoc product and business requirements and develop the quality and timely release plan. 8) Create and maintain appropriate JIRA dashboards and boards for flagging any SLA breaks. 9) Prepare and present project status to key stakeholders at regular intervals. 10) Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers and customer environment. 11) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal compliance process, how to apply it and ensure it. 12) Act as a single program voice in a cross-geo, cross-functional environment and manage upstream and downstream status communication. The Person : - You will own the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios.&nbsp; - The releases can be inclusive of application updates, patches, security improvements, infrastructure upgrades, Projects, and Programs. - To ensure continuous improvement, you will be responsible of bringing efficiency into the release management process over time. - You will be the bridge between Engineering &amp; Product to strike the right balance between the number of products shipped and the Business impact of the releases.
