Associate Program Manager- Software, Gurgaon Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Program Manager, who will own end-to-end delivery and success with the required quality, Timelines and budget Utilization of programs. You are responsible for adopting their Best Practices while creating any new and relevant processes and capabilities to execute your corporate, Strategic, Product and Customer Projects/Programs. Responsibilities: - Manage the software release schedule for multiple product teams for multiple competing customer projects in parallel - Act as a scrum master for a scrum of scrums and Co-ordination across scrum teams - Integration Program Management (Firmware and Software Integration TouchPoints) - Custodian of Software Product Lifecycle, drives and maintains standardization across teams - Custodian of Software Delivery commitments to customers and flags issues appropriately ( acts as an interface between Projects, Product and Tech) - Creates and maintain appropriate JIRA dashboards and boards for flagging any SLA breaks - Drive Design, development, and implementation of requested changes to program components by working with Product, UX, UI, Verification, Validation, Tech Writing and Projects teams - Identify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintains focus on continuous improvement. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers and customer environment. - Ensure that legal risks to them are mitigated. - Act as a single program voice in a cross-geo, cross-functional environment and manage upstream and downstream status communication. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with a large, globally distributed product organization, preferably a software product company. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred - Comfortable with Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming) - Conflict Management and Problem Solving Skills - Hands-on software development experience is preferred - Strong engineering and analytical skills, preferably in a new product development environment involving a combination of hardware and software components.
