Role specs: The candidate will be responsible for the following: - Timely submission of Bank-wide responses to RBI, SLBC, DCC etc. and establishing banking liasoning and relationship with regulatory bodies. - Understanding Priority Sector Lending norms, Financial inclusion, etc., and understanding of Banking Industry trends. - Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders for streamlining existing Standard Operating Procedures related PSL, MSME, Agri. etc. and obtaining appropriate approvals for implementation at a Bank level - Work on a large data and maintain State-wise, District-wise data related to PSL, MSME, Agri., Non-PSL etc. at a Bank level. - Completion of Reporting requirements such as Integrated Reports, ADB, OPIC, Water.org etc. (quarterly/half-yearly/ annually) within the specific timelines. Skills required: - Well experienced in Banking (Branch banking, KYC/AML, Compliance, PSL, Financial Inclusion, MSME, agri, etc. and preferably Certification in CAIIB, JAIIB. In-depth knowledge in at least 2-3 broad areas) - Ability to analyse and comprehend large amounts of data, preferably sound knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PPT etc. - Writing skill set for preparation of various Product, Process Notes
