Role: Associate Program Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand how the Product Data Science team works and implement agile for Data science practices.

- Support and Drive Release planning activities along with the Program Manager and PMO group, Create more accountability around planning, estimation and delivery in line with MiQs core delivery goals and standards along with the team leads, product managers.

- Deploy agile practices across all of the Jira boards and initiatives. Design and implement different metrics and measurements relevant to the area of work teams do

- Dependency management across teams, initiatives and projects

- Set up required JIRA dashboards to track the EPICs, user stories by different aspects like status, Sprint allocation, velocity, burn-down rate, approvals, dependencies etc for all the Epic

- Discuss the dependency and call out Risk in Scrum of Scrum meeting to ensure all the challenges and blockers are managed effectively

- Support the group-PMO and related activities such as Agile Trainings, Dependency tracking, release tracking, capitalization activities eventually.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Understanding the program requirements for the R&D teams, discussing the process gaps and supporting, ensuring teams with their agile ceremonies - daily standups, groomings, planning, retrospective, reviews are running smoothly.

- Ensuring inter and intra dependencies are identified and planned for resolution and are brought up in the appropriate forums.

- Measure Delivery effectiveness and ensure the continuous improvement. Objectives are met for the teams.

- Identify, communicate and plan for risk management. The risks have to be discussed in appropriate forum and risk management strategies.

- Work on impediments raised in multiple forums to make progress and remove them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience - Overall professional experience of 1-15 years with 1-4 years of scrum mastering, project management.
