What's your role? - You will work with the Business leadership team to streamline strategic initiatives and improve operational processes & oversee some of our ongoing strategic cross-functional projects. - You will be conceptualizing, analyzing and executing program delivery for customers. - You will create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions focussed on the end consumers and other stakeholders in the value chain. - You will be using data and analytics for decision making and measuring effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive consumer experience, retention and growth. What are we looking for? - 1-3 years of experience in business analysis/operations/program in a consumer-internet startup - Engineering from IIT/NIT - Exposure to high data intensity operations in consumer services businesses like e-commerce mobility, home services, health-tech, fintech, D2C, Logistics, etc - Ability to organize and build processes - Self-starter, able to roll up your sleeves and execute
