As the Associate Program Manager Engineer you will be an integral part of the various project teams and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that end-to-end delivery and success with the required Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilisation of your projects. You must be passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile.
- The Associate Program Manager is one of the leaders on the project teams, and therefore must be self- motivated and able to transmit team success centred thinking to the team. The Associate Program
- Manager will also be a team facilitator, where a positive attitude, strong communications skills, and ability to lead are required for success.
Responsibilities / Requirements of the Associate Program Manager
- Ability to not only be able to participate in high level product strategy but also the minor details of different aspects of the product.
- Ability to align the business, product and technology roadmaps, and plan for the teams accordingly to be able to deliver the overall team success.
- Ability to create any new and relevant processes and capabilities to successfully execute the corporate, strategic, product and customer programs.
- Gather requirements and conceptualize a solution to solve a business problem. Work with key stake holders across various functions to define and launch a program.
- Ability to define the success metrics for each of the teams and take the teams to success.
- Toensure that PDLC and processesare being followed throughout the program. Continuously innovate on them as required for the success of the program.
- Tocontinuously keep an eye on project plan throughoutthe project, risks, slippages, and if required escalate it to right stakeholder at right time.
- To foreseerisk and make its mitigation plan with the help of stakeholders.
- To map all stakeholders in team based upon their role and responsibilities.
- To be responsible for all cross functional communication between various teams - technology, business, product, quality, and others which contribute towards the successful delivery of project
- To Collaborate, listenand constructively resolve conflicts within teams. Ability to be able to identify the Gaps between teams, and address them with proper linger term solutions.
- Ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long term planner
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- Strong Communication Skills - Listening, Verbal and Written.
- Expertise in various Team Collaboration Tools such as Jira, etc.
