Associate Program Director - IT (13-30 yrs)
JOB DISCRIPTION
- Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodologies
- Must have .NET technology experience working and managing the projects as DM
- Should be updated on latest technology and acumen on upcoming Technologies Azure , DevSecOps ,etc
- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center.
- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Understand user requirements. and provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development.
- Responsible for the leadership and management of teams, particularly technical team leaders and technical specialists, to promote a culture of service innovation and delivery.
- Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.
- Lead and develop high performing teams, supporting Agile working practices, and a digital delivery culture.
- Proactively drive innovation, with new ideas and options made available by new technology and process.
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies.
