Associate Professor - Academic Activities - Architecture (8-11 yrs)
The role includes managing Academic Activities for the Bachelors Programme in the CSPA and 25 hours of teaching hours for Different subjects like Environmental Studies, Architectural Design & Architectural Drawing.
Academic Planning & Management (APM):
- Semester Exams - Date-sheets, Monitoring of Paper Setting & Evaluation, Conduct of MSTs, Results (Chalk Pad)
- Internal Reappear Examinations -- Organization & Conduct, as above
- Monitoring Routine conduct of classes, completion of courses, extra classes, Chalk Pad entries, etc. (with Class Coordinators) -
Mentorship & Discipline (M&D)
- Weekly meeting with your mentee to account for his/her performance, any issues etc.
- Communication with parents in case of persistent absentism, misconduct, disciplinary issues, poor academic performance etc.
Coordinator:
- Overseeing the conduct of classes & timely completion of syllabus, evaluation of assignments, planning for extra lectures, etc. -
- Monitoring Chalk Pad updation by teachers, preparing and monitoring monthly reports of attendance and internal assessment
- Meetings with students for feedback, etc
