Job Description

- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Utilizing customer feedback, data analysis, market research and the experience of other teams internally to develop a strategic product roadmap and provide revolutionary product features and recommendations

- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams. Establish business metrics and indicators for success

- Leveraging data analytics to monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process

- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvements

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or higher from Tier 1 Institutes from India or abroad

- Demonstrated 1-4 years of experience in a product management role; preferably for a SaaS product or related online software product with experience across the full product development lifecycle

- Deep understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. Extensive experience performing data analysis using Excel and SQL preferred

- Familiarity with A/B site testing and evaluation preferred

- Experience in motivating cross-functional teams across software engineering, UX design, UI and growth; with fundamental understanding of how things work within those domains

- Good understanding of consumer behaviour to drive product delivery from conceptualization to implementation
