Designation/Role: APM/ Product / Senior Product Manager

- APM / Product Manager : Must have worked in a product management role at a tech-first consumer internet firm with reputable products, for at least 1-2 years

- Overall Work Experience of around 3-5 years in the field of product development

- Should be from consumer internet background

- Senior Product Manager : Must have worked in a product management role at a tech-first consumer internet firm with reputable products, for at least 2-3 years

- Overall Work Experience of around 5-7 years in the field of product development

- Should be from consumer internet background

Location: Noida. 5 Days Working (Currently WFH)

Education Qualification: - Engineering Graduates with MBA will be preferable

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and

- Engineers to translate the requirements into live products.

- Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.

- Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.

- Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications

- Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.

- Communicate program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing specifications and requirements; and coming up with new product ideas and execution road map.

Requirement :

- Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics)

- Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results

- Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.

- Able to work in a diverse team.

- Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.

- Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale.

- Familiar with various third-party analytics tools.
