Company : Our client is a series B funded, a consumer fintech startup, offering new-age banking solutions to the users. About the role : We are looking for star Product Managers to help us build a best-in-class customer experiences. Product Managers will have complete ownership and also be responsible for research, conceptualisation, execution, launch and adoption of product features, to improve customer experience. An ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in Product Management, User Experience, Market Research or Customer insights. Having some entrepreneurship experience will be a plus. Key Responsibilities : 1. Work with teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build delightful, outstanding products - to increase NPS, improve customer experience, and cut down costs of operations 2. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including research, analysis, planning, requirements development, project management and product launch. 3. Create product roadmap, build business cases, pitch ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders. 4. Grow and lead associate product managers 5. Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests, etc., and optimise them to achieve business and product objectives. 6. Drive process improvements that benefit the product management team at large Skills : 1. Fantastic problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, analytical horsepower, attention to detail, and a willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective 2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions and functional deep dives with engineering 3. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; excited about finding solutions to complex problems and then executing on them. 4. Proven track record of achieving impact through solving challenging problems with innovative solutions. 5. Primary and secondary market/user research (interviews, surveys, data-driven insights) 6. Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data, including basic knowledge of SQL 7. Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of product, technology and business 8. Ability to learn and apply new frameworks and models in product development 9. Ability to work alone and as part of a team Experience : 1. At least 2 years of experience in product management 2. Experience in building customer enablement products, would be a plus. 3. Entrepreneurship experience would be a plus
