Associate Product Manager/Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Debt Management (2-5 yrs)
Role: APM/PM - A.I. Debt Manager, Product Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Engineering, Business, Operations teams and Product leadership to scope out product requirements and manage weekly product launches
- Define, track and measure metrics for product success - the Debt Manager has 20-25 key metrics. It is a data intensive A.I. product.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for algorithm upgrades, and debug individual issues. The Debt manager has 22+ individual algorithms and growing that come together to deliver this A.I. product. These need to always be improving, with the right priority focus based on user needs and product performance
- Interface with the customer support team to solve Product and Tech issues and incorporate them in product plan
- Manage stakeholder communications around the product
Job Requirements:
- Excitement to work in a consumer tech product for the U.S. consumer
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of technology and design of data-intensive consumer products
- Expert in SQL, Excel and other data analytics tools
- Knowledge of Python/Django will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills to worth with Product and Engineering Leaders
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics or product roles
- High-growth startup experience preferred
