Associate Product Manager - Mobile App

1. Assisting devising the mobile app strategy for all the mobile apps in RGI

2. Understand the customer needs, business requirements and convert the requirements into features

3. Work closely with IT team to convert the requirements into features

4. Write PRDs and BRDs

5. Define the key matrices to measure the success and increase adoption

6. Prioritize and support the implementation of the product features

Good to have:

1. Excellent communication & presentation skills

2. Ability to influence decision making with the use of concrete evidence (data driven)

3. Experience in conducting brainstorming / ideation sessions

- Developing new features and functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends to improve existing products or develop new ones

- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that the product can be built efficiently and effectively

- Communicating with clients to gather information about their needs and desires for new products

- Managing all aspects of mobile product development, including researching new technologies and trends, creating specifications, designing prototypes, and testing products

- Gathering feedback from users about existing products and services to improve them

- Analyzing data to determine which features are most popular among users or which ones need improvement
