Your Academic Qualifications : - BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Information Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institute. You will Be Improving &amp; Responsible For : - Generate new product ideas, enhancements to an existing product by collating requests from clients, customers, and internal stakeholders - Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, operation, and growth teams on the development, QA, and release of products. - Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings. Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played : - Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in a strong customer-facing role where you have developed empathy for customer problems. - Startup enthusiasts, with a proven ability to innovate and think about customers first. - Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills. - Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or Agile development environments is a plus. - Strong understanding of features and technology that impact customer experience. - Previous experience in the Fintech domain will be a plus.
